Gary Weinstein is Founder of Infinity Advisory, where he advises crypto, blockchain, and AI companies on regulatory strategy, governance, board readiness, and growth in regulated markets. He serves on boards and advisory boards across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, and is a member of the GIFCT Countering the Financing of Terrorism Online working group. Previously, he was Head of Global Regulatory Relations for Zcash, leading regulatory engagement across U.S. and international markets. Earlier, he spent 15 years at Jackson Hewitt as SVP, Deputy General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer, and Acting General Counsel, advising the CEO and Board, leading litigation and regulatory strategy, and managing high-stakes privacy and enforcement matters. Gary previously served as an Assistant Attorney General in New York, prosecuting complex antitrust matters in coordination with the DOJ and FTC. He has testified before the U.S. Senate on financial access, and filed an amicus brief in the Supreme Court of the United States.
